01. Hi! I’m very keen to purchase an item posted in boxbeadz. But how do I go about doing it?
You may simply leave us a comment on that relevant sale post with the following information:
(i) Your name
(ii) Your email address
(iii) Item you're interested in purchasing
We will get back to you as soon as we can by contacting you via the email address that you have provided.
02. I'm interested to know more about a particular item, but I'm unsure as to whether I would be purchasing it. Do I still have to post a comment?
Yes, you can still comment and request for additional information on the item (e.g. measurements, color, length info, stocks available). We will respond to you with the requested information, together with a confirmation as to whether you are interested in purchasing the item. Please reply to this email stating whether or not you will be making payment for the item. This would be greatly appreciated so as to not keep other interested buyers waiting.
Stocks Requests
03. I really like a particular design in one of your collections but it's already sold out! Do you think you'll be bringing in the design again in future posts?
It’ll all depends on whether stocks are still available, but there's a high possibility that we’ll definitely do so if there are many requests!
Multiple Buyers
04. I am interested in buying one of your items, but I've noticed that there are also other buyers who have also stated their interest for that very same item. What should I do to ensure that I get to purchase that item eventually?
Simple! Be the first to confirm payment, and that's all! We usually respond to comments within an hour, if not immediately.
05. Will you do bidding at boxbeadz?
Unfortunately, we don’t believe in putting up our items to ridiculous prices! As mentioned, items go to the first buyer to confirm payment with us!
Postage
06. How much does it cost for local postage?
For accessories, local postage for normal mail costs $2.00 per item, regardless of the weight of the item. Registered mail costs an additional $2.20 in addition to the cost of normal mail. All prices quoted are in SGD.
07. What is the difference between normal mail and registered mail?
Normal mail is just regular standard mail sent via SingPost Postal Services. No extra charges are incurred aside from the local postage costs.
Registered mail articles are registered at any of the SingPost Office Branches. Each registered article is issued with a Registered Article (RA) Number, which enables the buyer/seller to verify or track down the status of the article in the event it has not arrived. The RA Number can be found on the posting receipt that is issued by the Post Office. It is a 9-digit number that begins with RR and ends with SG.
Registered mail items are delivered to your doorstep and require verification through signature. If you are not at home another member of your family may collect the article on your behalf. Registered mail usually costs an extra $2.20 in addition to the cost of normal postage.
Registered mail requires an additional 2 days, as it is a recorded delivery service. If you have opted for registered mail with boxbeadz, you can request for a copy of the posting receipt or the RA Number to check the status of your parcel. Simply write in to us at boxbeadz@gmail.com.
Mailing
08. How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
Your purchase will take approximately 2-3 working days to arrive from the day of payment. Registered mail tends to take a little longer than normal mail because it is a recorded delivery service.
Meet Ups
09. Do you do meet ups?
Sorry, we don’t do meet-ups. All items, will however, be mailed via normal or registered mail service.
Returns & Exchanges
10. My package has just arrived and I've decided that I don’t really like my purchase, can I return it?
Unfortunately, all items sold are strictly non-refundable/returnable, hence we strongly encourage potential buyers to ask as many relevant questions as possible regarding the interested item of purchase.

11. Is there any form of feedback that needs to be done after I've received my parcel?
Yes, definitely! We would greatly appreciate it if you could spend some time to leave us a feedback on our Feedback page with your ratings on our service. This would be greatly beneficiary not only to us, but also to other potential buyers.
